* Once you have completed the purchase of any vacation package or service, and your consent has been provided, no refund shall be initiated under any circumstances. This applies to all payments made towards packages, processing fees, and other associated charges.
* All vacation packages are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other product or service once purchased. The package benefits are exclusively for the individual(s) named in the agreement and cannot be assigned or transferred to others.
* Any requests for changes in booking dates, vacation package upgrades, or related services shall be addressed at the sole discretion of TRAVENJOY TOUR PRIVATE LIMITED and may be subject to additional charges. However, such requests do not guarantee any form of refund or reimbursement.

While refunds will not be provided, our team will review your case and may offer alternate solutions, such as rescheduling or postponing your vacation.
